What is your decor made of?

80% of our decor is made of post-consumer textile waste collected from across Bengaluru.

 

Why is your decor a combination of various fabrics and shades?

Since our products are upcycled, it leads to colour and fabric variation to a certain extent. We think it only makes them more beautiful!


Can I only rent in theme kits or can I customize my order?

We offer lots of kits in various themes as well as give you the option to customise your decor kit. If you have something specific in mind, just reach out to us!
 

How do I decide how much decor I would need for my party?

Choose the Party Kit if your party is at a party hall / clubhouse, a restaurant , a garden, a large living room or any other outdoor venue. Choose the Mini Kit if your party is at home in a small space. However, for any other quantities, please do contact our team. We’re always happy to help.

How do I put the decor up?

All decorations come with extra cords on both ends for allowing you to put it up. They can either be tied to a nail or hook or even stuck on the wall with masking tape. Please do not staple / nail them or do anything that could ruin them for the next user. We would also request you not to put them where sticky fingers / food could get on them and stain them.

Is the decor cleaned before each rental?

We will make sure the decor is spot-cleaned or sanitized as required.

Will you handle both the drop-off and the pick-up of the decor? What is the cost for that? 

Yes, we want to make your party as stress-free as possible so we will make sure the decor gets to you before your party and we will pick it up once you’re done with them. The delivery and pickup charge (within Bangalore city limits) are both included in the cost of the package rental.

Which areas do you service?

We service most areas within Bangalore city limits. Certain locations, if very far, may incur a small extra charge.

Why am I being charged a security deposit? And when will I get it back?

Our products are all rentals and hence we want to make sure that they are perfect for the next customer. If we get the decor back in perfect condition, we will refund the security deposit back to you via UPI. Unfortunately , in case of any damages (tears, holes, stains etc), subject to our discretion, we will have to keep the security deposit. But we know that you also love the decor and the planet as much as we do and will take the utmost care to keep it safe! â€‹â€‹

What is your cancellation policy? 

We understand that sometimes events get cancelled. Incase of a reschedule of your date, we will do our best to help you with a possible reschedule of the decor (provided it is available on the new date). Incase of cancellation 14 days (or more) prior to event, we will refund 100% of the charge. Incase of cancellations closer to the event, we can only refund 50% of the charge. The security deposit will be fully refunded in both cases. 


What if I want the decor picked up from a different location than the one it was dropped at?

We will coordinate with you for address and time for pickup

Will I have to spend more to use sustainable decor than if I used balloons to decorate my party space?

According to our experience, a similar size of a party hall would cost upwards of Rs 15,000 to decorate with balloons whereas the theme kit we recommend for the same area costs INR 3000.

What payment format do you accept? 

At the moment, we accept only UPI payments.
 

Will you have more decor options in the future?

Yes, we are constantly designing new decor options to give you more colours and designs for your next party!
